How is this different from the Coffee Brew Ratio calculator?
The Coffee Brew Ratio tool is organised around brew method (pour-over, French press, cold brew) and includes steep times. This tool is organised around strength preference instead - pick weak, regular or strong and get the ratio, regardless of method.
What ratios does each strength use?
Roughly 1:18 (coffee to water by weight) for weak, 1:15 for regular and 1:12 for strong. These are reasonable starting points - adjust to taste, and remember grind size and brew time also affect perceived strength.
