How is the oven temperature chosen?
The scheduler sets the oven to the lowest packet temperature among your selected pizzas, converted to your oven type. This means no pizza is cooked hotter than its packet recommends. Pizzas that need a higher temperature just get more time instead.
How does it handle fan vs conventional ovens?
It applies the standard approximation that a fan oven runs about 20C hotter than a conventional oven at the same setting, converting every packet instruction to your chosen oven type before scheduling.
Is the adjusted cooking time exact?
No, it's an estimate based on scaling packet time against the temperature difference. Always check pizzas are piping hot all the way through before serving.
